Refund & Returns Policy
You can return your item at any point up to 14 days*, please note that the buyer pays for the return shipping, once we have received the item and it is in a healthy or good condition, I will then refund you the full amount of the item. If an item has arrived damaged then please notify me straight away no less than 2 days after the plant has arrived with a brief description of the damage. Any plants that have been re-potted will NOT be covered by the returns policy. I require photos of any damaged items before return and will issue either a part of full refund on agreement.
*Returns will not be accepted for seeds purchased
